The only place this site asks for your information is the free consultation form. When you submit it, we receive:

You choose what to include. Please don't send account numbers, login credentials, or other sensitive financial details through this form.

This policy covers the website only. If you engage us as your bookkeeper, your books, bank data, payroll details, and QuickBooks Online access are governed by the confidentiality terms of your engagement agreement — not by this page. Client financial records are never collected through this website and are never shared with anyone outside the engagement without your permission, unless the law requires it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including reputable providers, encrypted connections, and access limited to those who need it. That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
